This is our combination of Powerlifting and CrossFit.
You will see strength and accessory work, coupled with a WOD and finisher.
Basic to intermediate Skills/Gymnastics work will be included occassinally in accessory or WOD segments, but can be scaled.
Monday - Heavy Lower + WOD
Tuesday - Volume Upper + WOD
Wednesday - Weightlifting + WOD
Thursday - Interval or Endurance Work
Friday - Heavy Upper + WOD
Saturday - Volume Lower + WOD

Quick answers to some common questions
How should I move through the programming each day?
There are a few options here: 1) Performed in order, complete the main strength, 1-2 accessory pieces, the conditioning, and then additional strength and aftermath. This is the highest volume option. If you have the ability to split into 2 sessions, I would suggest doing all of the strength pieces in the morning and doing the conditioning and aftermath at night. 2) Performed in order, complete the main strength, 1-2 accessory pieces, conditioning, and aftermath. This will net a moderate amount of volume and is good for those that want a blend of strength and conditioning. 3) Performed in order, complete everything except the conditioning. This is a great option for this wanting to focus solely on strength or those that might feel beat down/lacking energy for the conditioning piece.
